It’s hard to think about the leaves changing and the weather getting cooler in the middle of August but the fall is approaching and it’s time to start planning for this year’s donations. I’ve got an amazing core group that has agreed to continue creating and am hoping to expand even further.

I still have considerable skeins from last year’s donation from The Salvation Army so there are plenty of materials to work with. I’m also grateful to have received a monetary donation from the Rotary Club of Brampton Flower City Centennial a few weeks go at their gala. We have been added to their annual list of NFPs to donate to and I am so thrilled! If we run out of skeins, I plan to use those funds to buy further from a local wholesaler.
